How to start playing (your first minutes)

1. Open Minecraft on your device (Java Edition on PC, or Bedrock on console, phone, tablet, or Windows).
2. Add and join the SNT Gaming server using the address your kingdom owner shares with you.
3. You will arrive in the lobby, Shoham's Kingdom. Walk into the Survival portal to enter the world.
4. Punch a few trees to collect wood, then craft a crafting table, a wooden pickaxe, and some basic tools.
5. Gather stone and food, and build a small shelter before your first night so mobs cannot reach you.
6. Invite friends to build alongside you. Tip: older players can set a home to teleport back to with the optional /sethome command (see the command guide below).

How Classic Survival Kingdom works

• Start from nothing: gather wood, stone, and food, then craft tools, armor, and weapons.
• Survive the night: zombies, skeletons, creepers, and spiders spawn in the dark, so light and shelter matter.
• Build a base: from a first dirt shelter to a fortified home, everything you place stays in the persistent world.
• Explore caves and mine: dig deep to find coal, iron, gold, redstone, and eventually diamonds.

Survival command guide

These are handy EssentialsX commands that make survival smoother, from teleporting home to messaging friends. EssentialsX is a standard Minecraft server plugin, and exact command availability can vary a little depending on the server setup.

If you ever get lost or stuck, use /lobby or the return-to-lobby compass in your inventory to jump straight back to Shoham's Kingdom.

Best tips for beginners

• Build a shelter before your very first night, even if it is just a hole in a hill with a door.
• Always carry a bit of food, torches, and spare wood so you are never caught out.
• Use /sethome at your base right away, and /back to recover after a death.
• Light up your base and paths with torches so mobs cannot spawn near you.
• Mine down carefully, never straight below your feet, and bring a water bucket for lava.
• Save your diamonds for a pickaxe and enchanting table first, then armor.

Better with friends

Survival is more fun as a team. Friends can split roles, one mines for diamonds while another farms food and a third builds the base, and challenges like beating the Nether or raising a mega-farm become far easier together. You can share chests, defend each other at night, and grow one big shared kingdom instead of a lonely hut. Use /tpa <name> to teleport to each other and /msg <name> to plan your next build.

Notes for parents

In survival your child gathers resources, builds structures, and manages hunger and health at their own pace, so it is mostly cooperative and creative rather than competitive. Troubleshooting

• Can't join the server? Double-check the exact server address and that you are on the right edition, Java or Bedrock, for your device.
• Survival portal not working? Stand fully inside the portal frame in the lobby for a moment, and try again if the world is still loading.
• Can't invite a friend? Ask the kingdom owner to add them to the friends-only whitelist first, then they can join.
• Lost or stuck in the world? Use /lobby or /spawn to reset your position, or /home to return to your base.
• Lost your items after dying? Use /back quickly to return to your death spot and collect your dropped gear.
